My precious Ceilidh came to my life in 2004.  She was flown in from Calgary by her original family Chris Wheeldon of Snowden Kennel.  We both started our new lives together.  I was relatively new in Canada then and spent many early years on my own with her by my side as we journey through life together.   She lifts me up when life gets you down.  She is many things to me - soul mate, first "child" and steadfast companion for the last 17+ years.  Losing her has been heart wrenching.

Ceilidh enjoyed good health and pain free for most of her life.  Visits to the vet were minimal.  She was fun and playful.  She ate well and loved by many -grandparents/nieces/mom/dad/sister.  She came to work with me, took walks and road trips together.   She loved car rides and enjoyed the wind blowing in her face.  We had fun times at the annual Westie walks.  Most of all, she loves food and ate to the very last day on earth.

Ceilidh, we love you.  You brought so much joy and happiness I am lucky to have you.  I hope you are having your best doggie life wherever you are.  We miss you enormously.  Till we meet again.

Love,

Mom
